Beam Lab Return Policy
At Beam Lab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer exchanges and refunds for defective items. To take advantage of this policy, please contact us within one week of receiving your package. Final decisions regarding repairs, replacements, full refunds, or store credit will be made by Beam Lab, based on the extent of the damage attributed to the manufacturer.
Beam Lab Warranty
Beam Lab provides a 12-month warranty covering damaged components of our signage. The decision to repair broken signage will depend on the origin of the problem and will be made jointly by Beam Lab and the buyer.
Warranty Coverage for Hard-Wired and Installed Signage
Beam Lab does not cover the cost of installing or uninstalling signage. However, if your sign arrives broken or missing necessary hardware, please contact our customer care service immediately and provide pictures of the items as proof. Please note that Beam Lab is not responsible for any damage caused during the installation process.
Beam Lab Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at support@beamlab.pk and explain the reason for your return. If the product is damaged, please attach relevant pictures and videos, which are required for evaluation purposes. Once we receive all necessary information and confirm the issue, we will begin the return process.
If a return is agreed upon, the faulty product must be returned with all items originally included in the package within two weeks of receiving the product.
In case of a replacement agreement, Beam Lab will ship the new product as quickly as possible. If a refund is agreed upon, Beam Lab will guide you through the process after the refund is confirmed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking ID
Please note that it takes 2 business days to craft your sign and 3-4 business days for it to be safely delivered. After your product is shipped, Beam Lab will send you a confirmation email along with a tracking ID, which will be accessible within 24 hours.
